Automatic Punch Line For Air-Condition Fin

ZX-JG36A is developed based on lateral two points punch machine according to the demand of the development of the modern air-condition mould. Longitudinal two points in crank can make the press center of large rank mould stay within the nominal loading range of the machine so that it eliminates the influence of the deviatoric load on mould precision and improves its stability and shelf life. It specially can match with large rank mould with a length over 1800mm or three-steps/four-steps mould with multi-special shape, imaginary cut, separate end cut.

Punch Line for Air-Condition Fin

ZX-JG31 series, one point/four poles high speed automatic punch line, is the third generation product developed based on ZX-JG21 and ZX-JG21T. It is specially designed for household air-condition manufacturers. It is suited for big rank and high precision mould such as 36, 48 and 60 rows, etc.
　　1. Fully rolling structure and eight sides overlapping guideway ensure the stable operation of the system at high speed and long time.
　　2. Hydraulic overload automatic self-protection capability.
　　3. Hydraulic lifting function. Easy mould adjustment and cleaning.
　　4. Four pole structure. None corner distortion. Good anti-side loading capability.
　　5. It can match with the present complicated rank fin punch mould. It can apply single/double arbitrary cut, arbitrary length control, arbitrary tape selection, multi-path special shape cut and imaginary cut, etc.
　　6. The application of Mitsubishi PLC, Panasonic counter, Fuji frequency convrter from Japan, pneumatic and hydraulic components from US, UK, Taiwan ensure the high quality of the machine.

ZX-JG21T series, High Speed Automatic Punch Line for Air-Condition Fin, is an high quality punch system and specially designed to match OAK mould of US. This system uses longitudinal arrangement with our experience of the present successful products and advanced technology from overseas products, so that it has many obvious advantages besides those of ZX-JG Open Style Air-Condition Fin High Speed Automatic Punch Line :
　　1、Longitudinal feeding eliminates the corner distortion from open style machine and its influence on the products quality. It ensures the size coordination and interchange ability of the fin.
　　2、Close style largely decreases the corner distortion and enhances the machine rigidity so that it can remarkably improve the shelf life of mould and products precision.
3、The special hydraulic mould lifting structure of this machine makes the mould easy and convenient to adjust and maintain.
